Advance Products & Systems, LLC, a global leader in design and manufacturing of innovative cathodic protection, corrosion prevention and safety products has an available position for a Inside Sales Representative.

The candidate will be responsible for multiple aspects of documentation to ensure that quality standards and procedures are met and aligned with company guidelines. Candidate must be highly organized, able to multi- task and possess excellent math and communication skills. Must be willing to handle incoming calls and email inquiries. Candidate with knowledge of customer service, pipes, valves, fittings, pipeline, water, waste water, oil & gas a plus but not required. Company will provide full product training. Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction for national and international customers.
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures for the entire sales cycle, including contacting and building strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Relies on instructions and guidelines to perform the functions of the job, including receiving, recording, responding to, researching, investigating, resolving and reconciling customer orders.
• Performs order verification and quoting.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong problem identification and resolution skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in foreign languages both French and Spanish preferred, but not required.
