A Day in the Life

After booting up your computer and grabbing a cup of coffee, you can expect a fast-paced day with a variety of activities and contacts:

• Check in with your business leaders, check your phone messages, and quickly review your email inbox to see if there are any tasks that need to be your top priority
• Follow up on the previous day's shipments, and begin setting up the current day's shipments
• Check on the status of your orders in production
• Book new orders into production
• Send pending quotes out to customers
• Update your inventory spreadsheets
• File closed orders and sent quotes

Qualifications to be considered for the role:

• Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent); Associate degree preferred; or a combination of education and applicable experience
• A minimum of 2-years work related experience is preferred
• Possess a good understanding of basic math skills and numerical abilities
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Be adaptable to working within a Team Environment
• Able to manage multiple priorities at once
