Who we're looking for:

The position of Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for identifying, developing and closing new sales opportunities for the company. The ISR engages new customer prospects through inbound and outbound phone calls, email exchanges and aligning customers to the appropriate sales representative or closing the business themselves. Your focus will be on generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals through effective communication


Essential Functions:

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers to identify sales opportunities and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products/services.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions by aligning our offerings with their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and opportunity tracking.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes to customers in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on sales inquiries and negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer records using CRM software.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in [industry].
