RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively promotes, via phone, email, and other channels, MPX services to the health insurance market, including health plans, dental plans, TPAs, and PBMs
- Works closely with the Chief Revenue Officer over Healthcare in soliciting business, identity and report market trends and product feedback.
- Proactively demonstrates proficiency in following up on leads; both new and existing
- Actively qualifies buyer and opportunities to grow the sales pipeline
- Proficient with managing sales functions in a CRM
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns
- Actively research entities to generate call lists
- Participate and influence account level sales plans
- Has foundational knowledge of MPX's products and potential benefits to end-users
- Performs other duties as assigned
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous Sales, Sales Development and/or Business Development experience in Selling/Positioning SaaS solutions to the health insurance market is ideal but not required
- Possesses high energy and experience in driving high activity levels, daily to meet lead generation expectations
- The ideal candidate would, ideally, have extensive knowledge of the critical communications/fulfillment industry in approaching and messaging the target audience.
- Understands the hot buttons of the Executive/C-level buying audience from technology, operations, marketing/enrollment, compliance, finance
- Works effectively in a team/highly collaborative environment
- Understands how to build relationships, develop trust, and learn when to persuade.
- Strong listening and communication skills are crucial
- Proficient in tele-sales and marketing techniques yielding increased product usage
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office applications, AIS Health Plan Directory, and CRM
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively interface with C-Level and operational leaders of external representatives from the health insurance market
