Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for daily/monthly/quarterly sales/meetings scheduled quota attainment, will be required to maintain a lead pipeline, and place outbound calls in support of sales and marketing programs while achieving monthly performance goals.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Researches prospects and potential clients, identifies key personnel, generates interest to stimulate opportunities.
- Maintains daily outgoing call, LinkedIn, and email outreach quotas.
- Handles sales cycle from qualifying leads to scheduling a meeting with the Solutions Advisor.
- Works with large data sets to query, sort and download new leads.
- Works in tight collaboration with marketing on generating new opportunities.
- Develops and executes a strong prospecting plan of attack, including email and call scripts.
- Documents all pertinent customer information and conversations in the Salesforce. Tracks all relevant qualifications and lead management activity using Salesforce and other tools.
- Possesses product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections and competitive questions.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibility.
Education, Experience, Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in sales or business is a plus.
- Excellent telephone/communications skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- 1-3 years of previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is preferred.
- Experience using Salesforce.com or comparable CRM strongly desired.
- Deadline and detail oriented.
- Experience using a CRM or auto-dialer tool.
- Strong understanding of ISR and lead development best practices and procedures.
- 100% reliable and detail oriented.
- Positive can-do attitude and tireless work ethic.
Physical Requirements:
Able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Able to observe details at close range. Must be able to remain in a stationary position most of the time. Must be able to talk and listen for prolonged periods of time. Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items less than 25 pounds.
Expected Hours of Work:
This position is intended to be full-time, 40 hours/week.
Travel:
Little to no travel is expected for this position.
