About the Role
Our team reaches out to Alto's patients who have had successful deliveries to engage the patient in a dialog about their needs and communicates why Alto should be their pharmacy of choice for all of their medicine cabinet. In this strategic role, you will be a key contributor to Alto's growth strategy and profitability lever by engaging with patients to discuss their Alto experience, discussing our service offerings to determine if Alto is a good solution for all their medication regimen. ISS play a key role in patient loyalty, delivering exceptional white glove experience with each interaction.
Accelerate your Career as You:
Patient-Facing
- Engage with patients by phone regarding their initial experiences with Alto and their larger medical needs
- Resolve or facilitate the resolution of any patient concerns/issues
- Confidently communicate Alto's service offering to patients via phone
- Confidently communicate how Alto addresses common pain points encountered by patients using "brick & mortar" retail pharmacies
- Effectively handle common customer objections
- Successfully convince patients to transfer additional prescriptions to Alto
- Make 50 to 60 outbound connected calls per day and achieve goals for converting additional prescriptions
Internal
- Provide Voice of the Customer feedback to Growth/Sales and Customer Care Teams
- Partner closely with the Growth/Sales and Customer Care Teams to identify process improvement opportunities
- Facilitate resolution of patient prescription issues by triaging to appropriate cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of inside sales or account management experience (must include outbound calling responsibilities)
- Friendly disposition, composed, persuasive, excellent communication skills, self-directed
- Ability to adapt to changing process and influence future state best practices
- A passion for Alto's mission and values
Additional Physical Job Requirements:
- Read English, comprehend, and follow simple oral and written instructions. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.
- Communicating with others to exchange information. Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word; those activities where detailed or important spoken instructions must be conveyed to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.
- Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction, and having the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and making fine discriminations in sound.
- Frequent repeating motions required to operate a computer that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
