Tamayo Federal Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) to act subject matter experts to lead training for a high-level U.S Navy customer in Norfolk, VA. Possible job Locations include Norfolk, VA, San Diego, CA, and Mayport, FL. Lead instructors are expected to adapt instructional strategies to meet student needs using a variety of instructional strategies to meet different learning styles.

Our customer’s mission is to deliver quality, cost-wise material readiness in support of U.S. Naval forces worldwide and is responsible for coordinating the depot- and intermediate-level maintenance of the Navy's surface fleet, and for resourcing the requirements necessary to meet ships maintenance availability schedules.

The following ISD/Curriculum Developer specialty areas being hired for are:

· Shipbuilding Specialist (SBS)

· Quality Assurance Specialist (QAS)

· Integrated Test Engineer (ITE)

· Project Support Engineer (PSE)

· Assessment Director (AD)

· RMC Planning/Integrated Production Schedule (IPS)

· Basic Trades Knowledge

· Fire Safety

You’ll Bring These Qualifications (Required):

Ten (10) years’ experience for Senior level

These positions must have experience in the following:

• US Navy or DoD
• Navy Surface Ship Repair and Modernization and Regional Maintenance Center Project Team roles and responsibilities
• Delivering classroom instruction.
• COMUSFLTFORCOM INST 4790.3, Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM)
• Navy Maintenance Database (NMD)
• NAVSEA Contracting Policy/Strategy
• RMC Project Team roles and responsibilities
• NAVSEA Standard Items (NSI)

Education/Experience Requirements:

- High School Diploma

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

- U.S. Citizenship required.

- Candidate must have active SECRET Clearance

These positions are contingent upon award of contract. “Contingent” offers for employment may stipulate those one or more requirements be satisfied before final commitment between candidate and Tamayo Federal is established; namely, award of contract to the Tamayo Federal Team.
