If you enjoy helping others and are highly motivated, this opportunity is for you. The hired candidate will assist with helping customers with their inquiries, making policy changes, quoting, binding coverage, etc. The focus will be to help maintain the current book of business, as well as to sell desired policies to prospects and existing customers. The hired candidate must be able to work in our office. Average first year income ranges from $40,000 - $60,000 (base pay + extra compensation for policies sold). Interviews will be conducted immediately for the best-qualified candidate.

Desired Skills/Traits/Qualifications:

· Experience servicing, quoting and binding policies with Citizens and other home insurance carriers is a plus

· Possess a genuine willingness to learn

· Intuitive, resourceful, and coachable

· Has an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude

· Ability to establish rapport with clients over the phone and in person

· Empathetic towards customers

· Works well independently and in teams

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong computer skills

· Strong work ethic

· Ability to prioritize

· Has a sense of urgency

· Bilingual with fluency in English and Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement
