Insurance Sales Representative

Position Overview
This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for sales. In this role, you will advise clients on their personal insurance coverage through the outbound calling of leads, external networking and prospecting, and partner with Plymouth Rock's Territory Marketing Rep on business development initiatives.
Compensation consists of a base salary, with a monthly bonus based on production.
You will be an employee of our semi-captive partner agent not an employee of Plymouth Rock Assurance.
Responsibilities
- Proactively quote and bind insurance coverage using consultative selling techniques
- Review and discuss insurance coverages tailored to each client’s needs
- Participate in incentive programs and contests designed to drive sales, and exceed production goals
- Conduct prospecting opportunities by attending networking events, community outreach, etc.
- Monitor leads, sales, and their sources
- Complete and process all forms for new clients
- Work with the agent's external partners to ensure constant communication and clarity
Requirements
- Recently obtained Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License
- Prior related sales experience inside and/or outside
- Computer proficiency and telephone skills with making outbound calls
- Strong interpersonal skills, know how to build rapport with prospective and existing clients
- Self-motivated to work successfully in a semi-autonomous environment
- Maintain state insurance licenses
- Ability to work a full-time work schedule Monday – Friday, in the office.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
