JOB TITLE: Intandem Cleaning Team Leader/Supervisor
CLASSIFICATION: Full-time
PROGRAM/DEPARTMENT: Cleaning Services
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Cleaning Services Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
Ensure that quality cleaning services are provided to customer by utilizing supplies, equipment, and staff to perform a variety of cleaning tasks; providing direction, guidance and support to employees; performing quality control functions.
Maintain positive relationship with customers by providing exceptional customer service. Will lead, direct, and supervise the work of others. Reports to Cleaning Manager. Gain proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
QUALIFICATIONS
:
Minimum
Required Formal Education, Training & Background Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-year commercial cleaning experience
Experience operating and maintaining commercial power cleaning equipment
Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and reliable transportation
Preferred Formal Education, Training & Background Experience
4 years commercial cleaning experience
Experience working with people with developmental disabilities
3 years supervisory experience
Essential Skills and Abilities
Ability to provide effective group and individual instruction
Ability to perform physical aspects of position
Ability to safety operate commercial power cleaning equipment
Ability to lift 25 lbs
Ability to be a team player
