• 
  Provide excellent customer service technical support for all Wattstopper products, in particular support for Building Automation Integrators connecting to Wattstopper lighting control systems.
• Enable system communication with Building Automation Integrators and Contractors across multiple software platforms.
• Provide support for large projects in order to properly design Wattstopper Networked Systems. This will include Ethernet, BACnet, and Niagara N4/AX Networks and may include Obix, LON and MODBUS networks as well as integration to customer supplied SQL Databases.
• Provide exceptional on-site and remote support for critical, complex, and/or high-profile custom programming/integration projects through phone, VPN, MS Teams meetings, and Wattstopper’s RACCESS.
• Develop and verify custom Programming and Graphics within Niagara N4/AX products.

• Extensive understanding of Niagara N4/Niagara AX and working knowledge of control systems, including but not limited to: Honeywell, Siemens, Johnson Controls, TRANE, Schneider, Automated Logic, and Alerton Controls.
• Niagara N4 Certification and ability to provide project examples.
• Experience with power monitoring systems and various Analytics software packages.
• Experience and training in BAS industry Graphic packages such as Niagara N4/AX, DgLogik, and J2 Innovations.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong analytical and good communication skills.
• Must enjoy working in a team environment.
• Must be a self-starter, requiring minimal supervision.
