The Integration Support Engineer (ISE) supports existing TriumphPay client integrations. This critical role provides testing, troubleshooting, and augmentation of existing TMS, FMS, and ERP integrations, to include client system migrations. The ISE collaborates with sales, operations, sales engineering, external partners, and relationship management. They provide technical support to ensure solutions that accurately address customer needs. The ISE may be required to be on-site during some client implementations to provide on-site technical expertise and solution engineering. The ISE is responsible for supporting customer service with next-level expertise.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):
  • Design, analyze, test, debug and support integration customizations or augmentations to support existing customer implementations
  • Acts as 2nd tier escalation point for client technical support issues that can not be resolved by our Contact Center.
  • Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm and TriumphPay. Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support.
  • Coordinates closely with sales, operations, sales engineering teams, as well as integration partners, to align solution design with client business requirements
  • Utilize analytical, process and/or technical skills to meet project objectives and deliverables that are self-directed and within project scope
  • Communicate project issues and/or risks in a timely manner
  • Identify critical paths to meet business deadlines
  • Be able to operate in a highly regulated environment (SOX Compliance)
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess business operations experience and skills, analytical and critical thinking skills, and attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess the following:
  • 1-3 years’ experience in technical support, software implementation, or project management in a professional environment
  • Willingness to learn about technical integrations and the transportation industry
  • Strong technical, logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent skills and experience
