We are looking for a Design Assistant to help designers conduct house calls with clients and sales staff, to develop floor plans and conduct store presentations. If you're an individual who is driven to create beautiful environments that represent the client’s lifestyle and taste, we are looking for you.

Qualifications:

· Demonstrates a high level of creativity

· Design degree required or currently enrolled in a design degree

· Able to work varied shifts, hours, and days.

· Ability to develop a rapport with clients and maintain working relationships.

· Highly productive with minimal guidance.

· Must be proficient in using AutoCAD

· Must be proficient in using PowerPoint

· Must be proficient in using Photoshop or other Image manipulation software

Position Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the In-Home Design program.

· Achieve personal sales/design goals.

· Utilize the In-House Design Program to create sales.

· Ensure each customer has an informative and positive experience through excellent customer service skills, professional product knowledge, and design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $42,500.00 per year
