Interior Design Customer Service Representative

As part of the company’s continuing growth, our San Francisco operation is seeking a Full Time customer service representatives to handle day to day customer service and project flow for our interior design department.

Duties will include updating work orders and inventory management using our proprietary software.

Electronic filing, report generation, management of all aspects of Interior design project installation.

Working with clients to track and receive incoming purchases, oversee the inspection, and packing of items for short or long term storage. Working with operations to insure services are scheduled to meet with company calendars and availability as well as clients desired dates for service. Ability to understand blueprints and size volumes for transport ideal but not required. Working with a multitude of clients, vendors, truckers and contractors is required and your ability to work in a calm and clear manner is imperative. This is a strong problem solving position, with many changing parts based on the schedule and workflow of the other contractors involved with the projects. Monthly sales volumes in this roll will be tracked and reviewed by your immediate supervisor. This is a teamwork position, and the success of your projects depend heavily on the whole teams ability to understand the goals, so clear communication is essential.

This position requires strong MS Office suite usage Word Excel and Outlook skills plus some knowledge of PowerPoint. Applicants must possess strong administrative, organizational and communication skills and professional yet friendly customer service skills.

Multi-tasking, organization, team spirit and ability to work quickly and think on your feet will be required for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
