Your Role with the Company:

• Monday - Friday with phone on-call only & during business hours
• Work a 4-5 day workweek with flexible patient scheduling and autonomous work environment
• 100% Outpatient work, without inpatient consults (IM hospitalist coverage 24/7)
• Established, highly collaborative primary care team of 8 internists, 3 FM and 4 APRNs
• Practice is independent and operated by a physician board of directors
