We are looking for someone eager to start/accelerate their sales and marketing career in a highly visible role at the Tulsa, OK, headquarters of a growing multinational travel company. This position reports directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing and offers tremendous growth potential, including international opportunities. This is not your typical position that is available in Oklahoma. You will learn and grow from daily interaction in a diverse, global and multicultural environment.

As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will support sales and marketing functions to all D2B, B2B, and B2B2C sales channels. This role requires prompt and accurate communication skills, attention to detail, and superior customer care. In addition, you will be responsible for the administration and brand management of all key account relationships.

You will:

Provide day-to-day brand support while maintaining excellent external account relationships.

• Administer account setup, including testing and implementation, continuously to ensure that Sales processes are running/transmitting smoothly.
• Serve as a brand gatekeeper for communicating sales updates/changes to the Fox Operations team.
• Participate in project management for all US commercial sales and marketing projects.
• Adhere to company procedures for creating new accounts for Fox Rent-A-Car.
• Handle all contractual agreements and amendment filings, including the logging and set of accounts in all inter-departmental systems.
• Create, distribute, and track commercial agreements for review, approval, and signature.
• Maintain consistent communication with key accounts.
• Review, update, and publish sales and marketing reports regularly.
• Coordinate resolution for high-priority customer complaints about critical accounts.
• Collaborate to resolve billing issues in cooperation with key internal stakeholders.
• Process contractual dispute issues as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of travel, trends, and industry preferred but will train the right candidate
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be comfortable sitting behind a desk, working on a laptop, and talking on the phone.
• Appetite for learning and developing knowledge and skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Ability to function in a global environment with competing priorities
