Off Lease Only LLC is looking for a motivated Internet Sales Specialist to join our E-Commerce Business Unit in Palm Beach!

Position Overview:
We are seeking individuals who are customer service focused, organized, motivated, and computer savvy. The job is primarily responsible for assisting online customers with selection and purchase of vehicles through a digital experience. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment. A fundamental knowledge of computers and MS Office programs is required. Additionally, experience with ‘Dealer socket’ and ‘CDK’ is a plus. This person will function as the concierge for digital customers to facilitate a customer’s digital purchasing journey.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

Facilitate the sales process with digital customers by functioning as a concierge

Facilitate the customers’ journey through both online sales process and the transition across to the traditional store process when appropriate

Support digital customer questions regarding the sales process, both digital and traditional

Manage the sale through all steps of the digital retail sales process

Answers customers’ questions about vehicles, prices and availability

Contact customers and prospective customers to solicit sales

Consult with customers to resolve problems and provide ongoing support

Obtain and verify customer information for correctness and accuracy

Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Possess a valid driver’s license & satisfactory driving record

Ability to work a flexible schedule

Experience working in e-commerce and digital retailing strongly preferred

Strong computer skills are required

Passion for sales, self-motivated, strong communication skills

Sales and Customer Service experience required - retail, hospitality, food service, etc.

Ability to read, write and speak the English language fluently; ability to speak and understand Spanish is a plus but not preferred
