About This Opportunity:
InComm is one of the most innovative and exciting companies in the retail industry, and we are currently seeking an Inventory Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong problem-solving ability and background in data analytics. As a key member of the Supply Chain Team the Analyst will be responsible for learning various internal and external systems to support many different aspects of the business.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
  • Manage users and user roles in an order management system.
  • Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
  • Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
  • Generate and marry reports from single or multiple systems.
  • Investigate and resolve any data discrepancies in a timely manner and present findings to management.
  • Review and update reconciliation reports.
  • Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Must possess the ability to handle concurrent projects while working either independently or in a team setting.
  • An effective communicator with strong oral and written skills.
  • Strong analytical and planning abilities, results-oriented nature, and a team player with demonstrated follow-up and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Access, and database management.
  • Strong data-entry, analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
  • Demonstrate experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
  • Ability to prioritize accurate results over fast results
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 6 months to 2 years experience.
Must reside in the area of Atlanta, GA for as needed visits to warehouse located in Newnan, Ga.
