Sky’s Edge Wealth is a private wealth advisory practice, and a part of Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. We are located in Madison, Wisconsin, and offer premier financial advisory services to clients across the country. We are seeking an analytical, solution oriented investment industry professional to join us. This person will serve as an integral part of the Investment department within our practice. Key responsibilities include providing outstanding service to Advisors and clients through client account management and support, including:

- Executing trades and asset movement. Management and monitoring of client account items including processing ad hoc and systematic payouts, deposits, exchanges, redemptions, surrenders and sweep arrangements.

- Rebalancing asset allocations and maintaining dollar cost averaging plans.

- Assisting with the preparation of materials for client meetings as assigned by the Advisor.

- Review and update client information.

- Performing numerical calculations and running hypothetical illustrations.

Experience with:

- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

- Morningstar Advisor Workstation

- Salesforce or other Client Relationship Management software

- Financial Planning Software (NaviPlan Preferred)

- Thompson One trading platform, Vestmark Model Trading, and SIMON Structured Note Management experience helpful.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience in the financial services industry. Series 7, 66 and WI Life/Health licenses are preferred. It’s even better if you may have a professional designation such as APMA, CIMA, CFP or CRPC.
