Essential Functions:
Responsibilities include answering verbal and written Customer complaints. Maintains Customer quality records, files board claims, and vendor complaints as required. The ISO Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the ISO and SQF documentation and reviews Certificates of Analysis from Suppliers. Must maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace, a relentless pursuit of continuous improvement for Safety, Quality and Productivity. Ensures quality control plans are followed for quality excellence and ensures corrective/preventive actions are maintained for internal and external Customer complaints. Ensures SQF compliance across shifts. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Qualification / Requirement:
The ideal candidate should have a general understanding of manufacturing, quality, and its processes.
Protective Equipment Required: Safety glasses, safety shoes, earplugs, cut-resistant gloves, hairnet, and beard net if necessary.
Essential Skills:
- Written/Verbal Communications Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Computer Skills: Must have basic knowledge of Windows based software.
- Leadership Skills: Must be a detailed individual with keen focus on accuracy.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Complaint resolution-including investigation.
