Atlanta based Acquisition Specialist Opportunity! Ready for your next challenge?

Our IT Acquisition Specialist Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge of Boss processes, as well as Orkin policy and procedures. Has the ability to work with other RBS Teams & RSC Departments on behalf of the Acquisition and acts as the liaison between the two.

Responsibilities:

You Will . . .

  • Work with Field Operations to understand the specifics of the individual Acquisition
  • Acts as the project manager and works the Acquisition Checklist as efficiently as possible
  • Ensures continuing development and support of effective professional relationships with field and home office. To include, but not limited to: Division staff, Region staff, Branch teams, Boss Support (RTST) Business Analysts, Treasury, etc.
  • Continually pursues ways to deliver customer satisfaction and deepen business relationships.
  • Participates on special projects or other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to identify process shortfalls and implement changes to improve.
  • Learn other CRM systems (ServicePro, WorkWave, Pest Routes) to lead the data mapping process from the Acquisition system to BOSS

Qualifications:

The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years Orkin field or RSC experience
  • Possesses strong knowledge of the business and Orkin applications
  • Ability to learn the Acquisition Module and associated processes
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to identify, research and analyze individual acquisition scenarios to find the best solutions
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team structure
  • Good time management skills
  • Demonstrates strong leadership qualities
