The Manager of Applications is responsible for developing and fulfilling strategies to manage DuBois Chemicals’ various IT applications across a global footprint. This is a position with great impact in the business, which also requires operating in strategic, consultative, and hands-on capacities while driving continuous results. Primarily this role is responsible for managing the end-to-end DevOps lifecycle for IT applications, from discussing new IT application projects with Business Leaders to executing change control processes for existing systems.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead a team of IT application specialists in maintaining and enhancing the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application, Customer Relationship Management application, and various integrated or disparate systems on which Business Leaders rely on to execute their day-to-day jobs
• Work with key stakeholders to gather and ensure development meets functional requirements, timelines, and does not exceed budget
• Liaise across business functions to support development and deployment of new applications, supporting the IT Governance Board as needed to ensure key stakeholder requirements are adequately prioritized
• Quickly troubleshoot and lead end-to-end testing in ERP and CRM systems
• Manage weekly defect, CAB, and deploy meetings
• Support Vice President of Information Technology in defining IT application strategy that uses digital transformation opportunities to enhance business process improvement

Qualifications and professional knowledge:

• 5-7 years of technical, hands-on D365 or AX ERP experience
• 3-5 years of Dynamics CRM experience
• MUST HAVE D365 F&O experience
• 3-5 years of experience leading people in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal clients
• Detail oriented, with strong project management skills, and ability to coordinate many record keeping activities
• Experience in disaster recovery plans and service level agreements
• Experience in the Development of Functional Specifications and Test Plans
• Must be able to work in a demanding environment, handling a high workload
• Experience managing vendor relationships and onshore and offshore development teams
• Demonstrate superior customer relationship management skills
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communications skills
• Manage confidential information
• Effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Exercise mature, independent judgment
• Please note: This is an on-site, non-remote role

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management of Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
