Title: IT Change Management Coordinator

Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)

Duration: Fulltime/ Long-term contract

We are looking for a IT Change Management Coordinator to create change requests in ServiceNow and coordinate with the IT Engineers to implement and test the changes. The ideal candidate is detail oriented with a knack for communication and collaboration. The Project Coordinator is a highly collaborative person, working closely with IT and Business stakeholders of the Program.

Responsibilities:

· Work with Project Managers to create Change Requests in ServiceNow for IT Infrastructure and Network upgrades and deployments

· Coordinate with IT Engineers to implement the changes

· Track and manage ServiceNow Change Requests.

· Collect status from IT Engineers on the status of changes and prepare a consolidated status report.

· Create and share meeting agendas, as well as the distribution of follow-up notes and action items.

· Perform additional duties and ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

· Must have good understanding of IT Change Management processes

· Must have experience have creating IT Change Requests

· Must have ServiceNow experience

· Knowledge of infrastructure/network components

· Strong attention to detail and ability to support multiple projects and deadlines.

· Ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams.

· Proven written and verbal communication skills.

· Must have strong organizational skills, be very detail-oriented, and mission-accomplish focused.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $60.00 - $100.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
