The
IT Delivery Associate will work closely with our hotels to ensure the timing of projects, policies and procedures are met and correctly in place to protect the enterprise. The ideal candidate will help develop and maintain a positive working relationship with vendors and act as a high-level escalation point when challenges arise. You will prepare and process required documentation for projects and communicate the project details and challenges to the IT Delivery Manager on a weekly basis.
What you will do...
- Assist and provide input to The IT Delivery Manager on CAPEX, anticipated projects, and property support needs/requirements.
- Ensure IT initiatives and projects are moving forward and address challenges as they arise. Provide weekly project status.
- Setup meetings with our hotels to be a part of virtual Staff and/or Executive Meetings to discuss IT and document all items that are addressed.
- Confirm that our hotels are following their respective brand policies.
- Place hardware orders.
- Make recommendations to yield a more cost-effective solution for our hotels.
- Confirm that onsite technology is secured.
- Review technology-related vendor contracts.
- Provide detailed status reports as requested.
- Provide general administrative support to Davidson.
- Respond to inquiries from staff, hotels, and vendors in an effective and timely manner.
- Provide guidance to our hotels pertaining to guest and associate challenges
What you will bring..
- Associates degree or equivalent in a business or information technology-related field.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel freely.
- Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of staff.
