SUMMARY
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Technology Operations this position is responsible for pulling and analyzing health care data to provide reporting and analyst of clinical health systems by performing the following duties. High level critical thinking, data mining and manipulation of information are essential job functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES including the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provide primary telephone (remote) support for users on the enterprise LAN / WAN.
Investigate and resolve software and hardware problems of computer users, using remote diagnostics and tools
Provides phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, standard Windows desktop applications, and applications developed under this contract or predecessors.
Serves as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems.
Responsible for password resets, e-mail requests, and web requests.
Document, research, identify and attempt to solve all technical and application related problems on the initial call within an established timeframe set by project leads.
Consults with supervisor to analyze computer system needs for management information and functional operations, to determine scope and priorities of projects, and to discuss system capacity and equipment acquisitions.
Assists with the development, implementation, installation, and operation of information and functional systems for the organization.
Provides support to end users in the usage and maintenance of software programs and hardware.
Manages computer operation scheduling, backup, storage, and retrieval functions.
Reviews reports of computer and peripheral equipment production, malfunction and maintenance.
Assists with maintaining and testing disaster recovery plans.
Maintains a courteous, helpful and conscientious attitude in dealing with co-workers and patients and their families ensuring professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
