IT Field Support Technician:

The IT Field Support Technician will be responsible for providing support in a complex and diverse production environment. The candidate will perform network preventative maintenance on infrastructure and local IT equipment. They will assist in maintaining stability to the current IT technology and assist in the deployment of new technology and a variety of other IT projects.

Essential duties are but not limited to:

Conduct monthly preventative maintenance inspections of IT infrastructure and network equipment.

Ensure detailed documentation of inspections are filled out correctly in a timely manner.

Assist level 2 network technicians with network implementations, routine break fix incidents and other various duties.

Minimum Requirements and or education:

· High School Diploma or GED required.

· Must be able to pass an in-depth background investigation.

· Pass an initial drug screen and random screens after on-boarding.

· Must have reliable transportation as driving between multiple locations daily is a required job function.

· Solid interpersonal and organizational skills.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong commitment to teamwork and a team-oriented environment, with willingness to share knowledge and expedite the accomplishment of assigned tasks.

· Experience with basic hand tools.

· Must be willing to work varied shifts

Working Conditions:

• This position is in a production environment
• Requires use of safety equipment.
• Strict adherence to safety regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

• Computer networking: 1 year (Preferred)
