IT Help Desk

Our deal candidate will have relevant skills and experience working in a professional environment including:

· Excellent communication skills

· Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills

· Desktop experience including:

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop OS and Mac OS

- Office 365 suite, particularly Outlook

- Antivirus/malware

- Network troubleshooting basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)

- Network printer installation/troubleshooting

Knowledge of system security and privacy measures including backup and storage systems experience

Administration configuration knowledge including:

- Microsoft Office 365/Exchange administration

- Wireless networks deployment and administration

- Recent Windows server deployment and administration experience with a variety of roles (AD, DHCP, DNS, File/Print Server, Terminal Services, etc.)

Required Experience:

• Experience with PC components, OSX and IOS devices
• Knowledge of basic printer troubleshooting
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, and follow-up to ensure work is successful
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects to completion.
• The position will support first level problem determination, problem recording, problem resolution and problem escalation.
• Products and services include PC and Macintosh desktops (including software), IOS devices, desktop printers

• Travel between locations
