Encore Technologies is seeking for a IT Infrastructure Manager for a direct client requirement. This is a Full time opportunity and is onsite in New Albany, OH.

Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

Location: New Albany, OH (Onsite 5days/week)

Position type: Full Time

Experience: 8+ years

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years’ experience in data center and 5 years’ experience in Network Management

• Experience working in Hybrid and Multi Cloud environments.

• Experience working in data center environments (e.g., building and operating infrastructure, network and compute architecture, Windows System Administration, etc.).

• Strong awareness of networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP and distributed networks.

• Ability to deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems

• Knowledge to implement and control the flow of data, to and from a service provider

• Capability to select the appropriate services based on compute, data, or security requirements

• Ability to estimate usage costs and identify operational cost control mechanisms

• Capability to migrate on-premises workload to service providers on cloud.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to stay focused on completing tasks and meeting goals within a busy workspace.

• Strong communication skills to work with leadership, 3rd party vendors/partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Experience initiating and executing strategic initiatives in a multi-location environment.

• Ability to utilize experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

• Degree of creativity and autonomy is required.

• Solid understanding of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plan.

• Proficiency in Windows Servers, SCCM/ Intune, Nutanix, Meraki Products, UCS Servers, VMware vCenter/ESXi, , ConnectWise, CrowdStrike, Cisco ISE, Office-365, Cloud - Azure and AWS.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
