Job description

The client is looking for a candidate will conduct in depth business system analysis and document and verify requirements for system development.
The ideal candidate will design and develop full set of test cases for testing and verifying development and changes. Testing will include unit, interface, security, usability testing, performance etc.

The ideal candidate will serve as a lead to other new testers in business areas of experienced .

The ideal candidate will assist business units in identification of gaps and issues with business and program application systems and evaluation of proposed solutions.

The ideal candidate will assist with load, stress, and performance testing required for software applications.

Duties include reviewing and understanding all business, design, and functional requirements, gathering proper system requirements in order to create suitable performance test plans, test strategies, test scenarios, load test scripts, and test data; setting up performance monitoring; executing bottleneck, baseline, scalability, and breakpoints tests to ensure benchmarks are met; evaluating performance measurements and analysis of test results; and working with other project team members to diagnose performance related problems.

The ideal candidate will also helps coordinate and ensure that all testing activities and deliverables are on time; and verifies all software applications are thoroughly performance tested and meet performance test goals.

Pay: $31.00 - $34.00 per hour

Experience:

• Designing, and creating test cases: 5 years (Preferred)
• Developing complete set of test scenarios: 5 years (Preferred)
• Conducting full set unit, functional, and regression: 5 years (Preferred)
• Automated testing tools like HP ALM, UFT or similar: 3 years (Preferred)
• Creating detailed process documents for other testers: 2 years (Preferred)
