IT Security Operations Support
Description:
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Security resource to supply day to day operational support.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong adherence to processes/procedures
- Familiarity with Active Directory tools and concepts
- Microsoft Exchange, Lync, Cisco WebEx
- Group policy knowledge: domain, server, user/workstation
- Setting and administering file system permissions
- Remote Access knowledge
- Familiarity with BMC Remedy or ServiceNow
OTHER DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE
- Help desk experience
- Customer service skills
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of experience working with technologies listed above.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15.23 - $33.40 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Milwaukee, WI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Cybersecurity: 1 year (Preferred)
