Job description

As an IT Specialist, you are responsible for supporting the business by maintaining its technology. Providing technical and project leadership in planning and implementing technology support services onsite and remotely. Maintains responsibility for all aspects of digital equipment, applications, system administration to include implementation, configuration, coordination, control, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, usage monitoring and the development of systems infrastructure within the digital infrastructure. Coordinates, plans and implements broad based initiatives and changes to existing solutions requiring independent decision making and action. Projects may include consulting with employees, facilitating user requests working with the Leadership Team to evaluate budget options, maintaining licensing, assessing system requirements, evaluating software packages and testing and implementing various computer based solutions.

Base pay encompasses the following duties:

• Technical support: installation, configuration, testing applications, upgrades, backups or software and hardware applications, and the assessment of domain policies

• Administers and maintains system stability

• Recommending and purchasing necessary equipment

• Managing domains, servers and onsite server room

• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues

• Providing internal customer support

• Disseminate IT information

• Act as subject matter expert to multiple tasks and projects

• Maintain company website

• Program Super User: Epicor, Google Suite, DMS, Smartsheet, Concur,

• Compose Data reports to include sequel reports in Epicor

• Restoring data

• Administers cyber security training program through Wizer

• Researches new developments and trends in the computer industry to maintain professional expertise in order to assist in technology planning

• Ability to diagnose and repair problems

Pay: $43,565.55 - $90,000.00 per year
