Job description

• Create tickets based on customer requests via phone, email or in person
• Troubleshoot or repair all hardware, software utilized within the company
• Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution
• Create and maintain up to date documentation for processes and systems
• Analyze existing systems and make proactive recommendations for improvements
• Train users on any new system(s) introduced to the company
• Configure computer systems according to company policy
• Evaluate new product versions and recommend an upgrade schedule
• Perform backups, restores of computers and company issued mobile devices
• Administration of large scale systems / user portals
• Maintain servers and PC images
• Coordinate equipment swaps, returns
• Responding to phone calls, chat support, and email tickets to ensure each customer always receives outstanding service
• Support all end users regarding their computers, tablets, and peripherals
• Maintain security camera and video recorder infrastructure
• Install new camera runs when it makes sense to do it in-house, and coordinate with outside contractors when it doesn't
• Provision phones for new staff and make adjustments to existing staff phone configurations
• Continually work with the President to investigate new technologies, processes, and best practices to ensure technology resources are being used in the most efficient manner

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
