JOB TITLE: IT Support Specialist

REPORTS TO: CFO

STATUS: FULL TIME/SALARY

JOB SUMMARY

IT Support, works closely with the CFO, to manage IT projects and map out future IT growth. This position, along with the CFO, helps to oversee, budget, costs, inventory, future growth, and project management. Travel required within Northwest Ohio to our other locations.

Knowledge needed to perform day to day functions with our current technological environment. The environment includes, but not limited to, one server at the main office with financial software, phone system, Office 365 cloud based email, Wi-Fi and internet needs at all locations, all employee computers, remote connect, Zoom video calls, piped in music at main office, computers at store locations, time clocks at locations, cell phones, vendor relations, limited website management, CARF protocol and documentation, vehicle tracking software, copiers, credit card machines at store locations, and making sure security protocols is in place. Reports directly to the CFO and home base is located downtown Toledo, Ohio.

Main Responsibilities:

  • System: Microsoft OS, Active Directory
  • Trouble shooting technology issues with software and hardware
  • Cloud : Microsoft 365
  • Manage user IT assets, suppliers and contracts within the scope of the role
  • Good communication skills
  • Setup new computers/employees and map to correct folders
  • Must be organized
  • Create and maintain related documentation
  • Work with CARF with CFO to make sure we are in compliance
  • Knowledge of Windows
  • Will have responsibility supporting teams
  • Mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems on servers and employee workstations.
  • Analyze systems, servers, applications and network performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience as Windows Network Administrator with Windows troubleshooting experience
  • Prefer - Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience

  • Must be available in person during regular business hours and after hours and on weekends when necessary in person or by phone.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Office hours are M- F 8:00am – 4:30pm at the corporate office in Toledo, Ohio.

OCCASIONAL DUTIES OR SPECIAL ASSIGNEMENTS

May require some weekly travel to other locations in the Northwest Ohio area.
