Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper patient care
  • Manage three-chair infusion schedule
  • Perform infusions and injections for biologic medications such as Remicade, Biosimilars, Entyvio, Stelara IV and injection, Skyrizi, and Duplixent with full documentation of office note for these procedures.
  • Preparation and administration of medication
  • Control and maintain supplies and equipment
  • Manage the procurement of drug inventory for patient appointments
  • Completes additional administrative paperwork to ensure care of patient in EMR system

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience of IV skilled nursing practice
  • Licensed to practice in home state
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with specialty therapies including but not limited to Biologics
  • BLS certified
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are required.
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Verbal presentation skills to teach the patients about their therapy are required
  • Strong interpersonal skills to deal with patients and their families in a professional, compassionate manner are required
  • Must demonstrate knowledge of computer skills for electronic devices to provide secure documentation, email, scheduling, and communication
  • Strong work ethic and desire to serve our patients

Schedule: Every Friday 7:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (close) plus additional shifts when needed.
