POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• The following duties are normal for this job. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.

RESTROOM DUTIES:

• All walls shall be cleaned
• Fixtures shall be cleaned and sanitized daily
• Floors shall be cleaned and sanitized daily
• Mirrors shall be cleaned daily
• Toilet tissue, soap and hand towels shall be replenished daily

OTHER AREAS:

• All Hallways and steps shall be always clear and clean
• Doors and door facings shall be always clean and sanitary
• Desks and equipment shall be dusted and kept clean
• All windows and mirrors shall be cleaned periodically as needed
• All classrooms shall be cleaned each day. Chalkboard/white boards shall be cleaned as needed
• All trash containers shall be emptied daily and cans disinfected as needed
• Ground around the building shall be kept clean or debris and trash
• All floors that are covered with composition tile shall be mopped and waxed, as necessity requires
• All hard finished floors, such as terrazzo, concrete, ceramic tile or quarry tile shall be cleaned, waxed and polished, as necessity requires
• All floors that are covered by carpet shall be vacuumed daily, cleaned and shampooed upon necessity depending upon amount of soil. However, carpet may also have to be spot cleaned from time to time.
• Painting on area 7 feet high or less, as needed

• Physically able to perform all work described herein

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: $10.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
