Job description

Our client, a Japanese Semiconductor Manufacturing company, is looking for a Japanese bilingual account manager. The client office is located in the San Jose, CA area.

  • Salary: DOE $100K~

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Business Administration or equivalent from four-year college or university; or four to ten years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-3 years of semiconductor sales experience.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Communicates with customers via phone or email; receives and processes purchase orders, purchase confirmations, invoices, order cancellations or changes in product/delivery schedules.
  • Understands every account/customer special requirements, and ensures such items are recorded and properly outlined for each sales order.
  • Investigates customers’ complaints and inquiries and provides solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
