On behalf of our customer in Las Vegas, Jet Aviation Staffing has an immediate opening for a skilled aviation professional as Accountable Executive on their owner team. The partnership between the management company and the aircraft owner is a careful balance to achieve the full and coordinated benefits of the relationship for each party. In this role, you will be a strong advocate for the aircraft owner, ensuring decisions are in the owner's best interest and asset throughout the business relationship.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cultivate relationships with new aircraft owners, learning their service expectations, needs, and financial goals.

Maintain and continue to build on the relationships with the current owners.

Establish a process for meeting and exceeding owner expectations and needs and achieving their financial goals.

Serve as the owner’s resource for information and education on all aspects of aircraft ownership and operations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for the owner within the Cirrus organization, coordinating between the different departments in the company and the aircraft owner on needs, projects, and resolution of issues.

Provide monthly financials to the owners, answer owner questions regarding revenue and expenses, address deficiencies in revenue performance, and provide supporting information on cause and correction.

Work with sales and operations management on aircraft utilization and optimization, ensuring the most efficient routing of the aircraft, audit fuel planning, purchasing, and additional expenses that impact revenue.

Work with maintenance management on planned and unplanned maintenance events to mitigate the impact of downtime.

Work with flight operations management on crew staffing to support the owner’s expectations and look ahead at training events to mitigate revenue loss during those events.

Assure all owner service standards are met and work with individual departments to resolve service issues, track root causes, and create correction processes.
