About the role
Jet Aviation Staffing, on behalf of our rapidly growing software client, is looking for a Director of Marketing to join their growing team. For the right candidate this is a ten year plus role, where you can be a part of something truly unique in our industry and grow with the company and contribute to and enjoy being part of their huge successes.
You will be responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of the company’s marketing strategy as well as managing a small remote marketing team.

- You are both creative and analytical, you take initiative and own both the results and the process.
- You are an entrepreneurial risk taker. You are not waiting for someone to develop a plan for you to execute. You build your own plan, and convince others that it’s the right plan to execute.
- You are a great writer.
- You have a strong understanding of how to communicate a brand through all media channels.
- Ideally you have done B2B marketing at a tech company or for a tech product.
- Experience writing engaging content, and thought leadership materials, designing and executing email campaigns, PR strategies and managing conferences.
- Able to travel and represent our client at local, national and international trade events
- 5+ years of marketing experience.
