Job Costing/Billing Coordinator – Job open due to retirement- stability!

$16-18/hour
PangeaTwo is partnering with a commercial landscaper to identify a Job Costing/Billing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscaping or construction billing and invoicing. Commercial or residential costing experience is acceptable.
Responsibilities:
- Matching job cost reports to back-up (time sheets and accounts payable invoices)
- Setting up schedule of values and invoicing spreadsheets
- Billing commercial lawn maintenances contract and extras each month
- Billing large commercial contracts by deadlines in our contracts each month
- Creating spreadsheets to show what subcontractors are owed with each pay application
- Creating site reports for some of our lawn maintenance jobs based on time sheets
- Billing lawn maintenances contract and extras per month
- Assist with creating estimates
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Landscaping, construction or subcontractor experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
- Casual environment – wear jeans to work everyday!
