Free Energy Savings Company

Pay Range: $65,000 - $78,000

Description: Supervise an installation crew installing Tesla residential battery back-up systems offered free to moderate- and lower-income residences to protect against outages, to reduce peak energy demand and to promote solar power use. Electrical certification with 1-2+ years’ experience required, more preferred. Clean driving record, able to pass drug and background check for recent felony convictions. Preferred: Bi/Multi-lingual; residential experience, especially Tesla (or similar battery) experience; veterans.

Work Details: Full-time, year-round, 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, week-end availability; work from one location, serving residences in neighboring counties; Four (4) new hires needed; Immediate hiring or time allowed to provide reasonable notice to current employer. The Company: Free Energy Savings Company is one of California’s largest providers of no-cost “clean energy” improvements and free energy efficiency improvements to low-income families under contracts funded by local utilities or government entities. We have operated continuously since 1997, normally under multi-year contracts, thus providing strong job security unaffected by economic cycles.
