SFI is seeking a Systems Analyst to support for software and data publishing, system maintenance, and process automation.
Requirements:Primary Responsibilities:
- Assists in the installation, maintenance, and general support of systems.
- Perform web application publishing using Windows Server and IIS
- Manage and enhance Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines
- Scheduling and monitoring of automated processes
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
- Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully
- Provide consultation by gathering requirements
- Provide solutions and conduct impact analysis
- Prepare user requirements and other technical specifications for related work, systems functions, and processes.
- Track, analyze, and test potential fixes, enhancements and/or solutions to existing related issues.
- Provide regular status updates on open issues, requests, and projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- Minimum work experience 2-5 years of experience in the field of informational technology
- Demonstrated success in working independently and in team collaboration
- Proactive, self-motivated, able to recognize issues and resolve or escalate appropriately
- Excellent analytical, documentation, organization, and communication skills
- Liaise with all developers to improve applications and establish best practices
- Windows Server 2016/2019 administration
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Experience using Azure DevOps
- Experience with SDLC including CI/CD
- Demonstrated ability to create technical documentation
- Experiencing working in a SCRUM or Agile environment
- Familiarity with Familiarity with PowerShell or Python
- Recent experience with or general knowledge of APIs
- IIS Management and Administration
- Linux administration
Additional Information:
- Ability to pass a US Public Trust background investigation for access to the client site and computing systems. You must have lived in the US for the past three (3) years.

Other Information:
- The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000.
- This role is REMOTE
