SFI is seeking a Systems Analyst to support for software and data publishing, system maintenance, and process automation.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assists in the installation, maintenance, and general support of systems.
• Perform web application publishing using Windows Server and IIS
• Manage and enhance Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines
• Scheduling and monitoring of automated processes
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully
• Provide consultation by gathering requirements
• Provide solutions and conduct impact analysis
• Prepare user requirements and other technical specifications for related work, systems functions, and processes.
• Track, analyze, and test potential fixes, enhancements and/or solutions to existing related issues.
• Provide regular status updates on open issues, requests, and projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Minimum work experience 2-5 years of experience in the field of informational technology
• Demonstrated success in working independently and in team collaboration
• Proactive, self-motivated, able to recognize issues and resolve or escalate appropriately
• Excellent analytical, documentation, organization, and communication skills
• Liaise with all developers to improve applications and establish best practices
• Windows Server 2016/2019 administration

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Experience using Azure DevOps
• Experience with SDLC including CI/CD
• Demonstrated ability to create technical documentation
• Experiencing working in a SCRUM or Agile environment
• Familiarity with Familiarity with PowerShell or Python
• Recent experience with or general knowledge of APIs
• IIS Management and Administration
• Linux administration

Additional Information:

• Ability to pass a US Public Trust background investigation for access to the client site and computing systems. You must have lived in the US for the past three (3) years.

Other Information:

• The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000.
• This role is REMOTE
