We strive to provide exceptional customer service and experience in the most efficient means possible, requiring alignment and cross-functional communication.As the Junior Systems Administrator, you will be focused on Identity and Access Management functions related to creating, maintaining, and removing access to various systems. The role will leverage Microsoft Active Directory (on-prem and Azure) to manage Application Single Sign-on (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication, and Users and Groups. This role will also participate to the creation of new provisioning with Role-Based Access (RBAC) policies and procedures and maintaining compliance with various audit requirements.
In This Role:
- You will perform user administration, managing user account access for create, modify, and delete
- You will administer Multi-Factor Authentication configurations, processes, and automations
- You will administer the lifecycle of Enterprise Application Single Sign-On (SSO) requests
- You will act as an escalation point for access problems not resolved by the IT Help Desk
- You will also work on and maintain requests, incident, and problem queue tickets
- You will ensure compliance and adherence with Information Security controls and standards
- 1-2 years of Windows systems administration experience
- Experience and working knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles (i.e. MFA, oAuth, SSO, SAML, etc.) – Required)
- Experience and working knowledge with Microsoft Active Directory (on-prem and Azure) (Required)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online (required)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell is preferred
- Desired: Working knowledge and experience with ServiceNow ITSM platform
