Parker’s Paws Animal Hospital is a superior, caring private practice, searching for a Kennel Assistant.

The Kennel Assistant is responsible for providing a clean, efficient environment and treat animals with kindness and respect. Must possess strong communication skills and have good judgement. Must be able to physically and mentally be able to work in a fast and challenging environment.

The successful candidate will share our commitment of providing excellent, compassionate care for our clients.

Responsibilities are, but are not limited to:

*Clean and maintain kennel, treatment, exam and lab areas *Maintain laundry throughout the day *Maintain the cleanliness of the hospital – sweep, clean windows, take out trash *Wash bowls, dishes and instruments *Assist with restraining and treatment of animals *Notify Doctor or Senior Technician of any unusual behavior, or health problems you may see. *Monitor and maintain kennel inventory such as, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, etc.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $9.00 - $13.00/hour.
