Our core business sells and services food equipment like ice cream machines, grills, and ice machines. As a food equipment sales and service company (50+ years of service and sales in Arizona), we are proud to say that we are growing again. We are looking for someone to join our Sales and Service team that has proven experience and customer driven focus in providing superior post-sales care for our Local and National customers.

As a Key Account Manager, WHAT WOULD YOU BE DOING?

Playing an integral role in new business development and responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients. Focusing on growing service revenue and developing existing clientele base, together with generating new business.

  • Support the development of Preventative Maintenance and corporate marketing material of current and new products.
  • Define and achieve sales goals, budgets, and margin targets.
  • Submit monthly and quarterly sales recaps outlining the wins and losses.
  • Work directly with “key accounts” to ensure proper service levels are maintained, special projects are executed, and installation and startups are completed
  • Provide recommendations and advice to customers with respect to service and new products and services.
  • Managing custom programs to completion (custom graphics or additional features)
  • Work with Taylor AZ personnel to execute sales activities.
  • Communicating professionally, accurately, clearly, and courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face.
  • Travel and visit with customers where needed.
  • Ability to demonstrate overall knowledge of traditional media and digital marketing.
  • Investigating and resolving customer concerns.
  • Have outstanding customer service skill.
  • Be the intermediary between sales and service/ install and the customer.
    • Site visits as needed
    • Clarification of spec’s/ equipment details
    • Verify excellent customer service and support after the sale
  • Follow up with key accounts after service to ensure satisfaction with service levels
  • Validate compliance to any Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) we might have in place with customers
    • PM schedules in place and up to date
    • Determine the “value add” of the service
Requirements:

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Undergraduate degree in business or finance (or 5+ years of experience in Key account management).
  • Current knowledge and familiarity with social media platforms
  • Exposure to Marketing and Sales solutions
  • Excellent Customer/ Client care experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with National Accounts and new business development is a plus
