Kindergarten Teacher -Immediate opening or January 2023Laurens-Marathon CSD is a PK-6 elementary building located in Laurens, Iowa close to Pocahontas, Sioux Rapids and Emmetsburg. Approximately one hour southeast of Lake Okoboji and Spirit Lake.
Laurens-Marathon is seeking a Kindergarten teacher to begin immediately or at semester break January 3, 2023. Ideally, the chosen candidate would be available to start at his/her earliest convenience-no later than January 3, 2023. This is a permanent position—successful candidate will be offered continued contract in the Spring for the 2023-24 school year and beyond. Laurens-Marathon is a small one section per grade school. LM is team oriented with a positive working atmosphere and a very supportive community. Laurens-Marathon has a very strong mentoring program. Sign on incentive available.
