Paragon Theaters, Penny Lanes, and The Agency Bar + Kitchen is seeking a self-motivated, confident, and reliable individual to fill a role as a Kitchen Manager. Those interested in applying should be possess:

• Food and Beverage Experience
• minimum 2 years kitchen manager experience
• The ability to thrive in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to quickly troubleshoot problems, finding immediate solutions
• The ability to prioritize, and multitask - keeping a clear head when dealing with multiple issues with guests, staff and upper management
• An enthusiastic perspective that is open to coaching and guidance
• A background in hospitality, specific to restaurant service.
• The ability to work long shifts on your feet, lift up to 50 lbs, and support staff by helping with service when needed.
• Able to work nights and weekends
• The ability to learn and adapt to new knowledge quickly.
• A business minded individual that strives to always put the guest first.
• The ability to lead, and manage many types of staff: Hosts, Bartenders, Servers, Food Runners, and Cooks
• A strong desire to work with the public
• Trustworthy aptitude for cash management
• A strong desire to work autonomously under guidance from the Operations Manager
• A strong personality, with the ability to be coach-able, and receive constructive feedback
• -The ability to multitask, and follow-through
• - The desire to guide and support employees, rather than dictate and demand
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Human Resources - hiring, scheduling, training and development
• Hospitality - creating a one of a kind guest experience
• Concession/ food and liquor cost, inventory, create consistent, high quality product, developing a guest oriented crew
• Facilities - maintaining a clean, safe and 100% operational facility
• Financials - meeting company payroll and P & L goals
