- Aloha Poke is a young and fresh company that virtually does no cooking! We prep and serve high grade sushi tuna and salmon. Shrimp and chicken comes in cooked. Just prep, cold hold, and serve.

- Kitchen staff will be in charge of proper handling of the customer's food while interacting with the customers.

- Preparing customers' food while working on the cold line, register, food preparation and other positions within the restaurant.

- Kitchen staff will work side by side with the Owner and Mangers on maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the entire restaurant.

- Positions would include working days, nights, and weekend shifts in the restaurant. Prepare and serve delicious food, follow checklists and cleaning charts.

- Kitchen staff will will create return customers by providing exceptional service every time.
