We are currently offering an opportunity for a Kofax Developer, ideally certified but we will get you certified if needed!

The Role

Ensuring a Scalable and Efficient System

• Project-planning with customers, business analysts, and team members to analyze development requirements, provide design recommendations for complex systems, and recommend methods and assignments; translates business and technical requirements into cross-functional business application systems, providing custom integration solutions, including major system enhancements;
• Design, develop, maintain and improve data structures, queries, reporting solutions, extract-transform-load (ETL) processes and data warehousing strategies.
• Participate in systems and data analysis, design, development, integration, and enhancement activities;
• Provides recommendations forthe development of reusable routines or components, including object-oriented base class reuse;
• Develops and enhances new or existing applications that are used with the document management platform. Those applications currently are Kofax Capture/KTM (soon to be Kofax KTA) & Synergy (as our repository);
• Stays up-to-date on applicable industry technical innovations, trends, standards and new developments;
• Ensures solutions are aligned with business and Information Technology strategies, follow approved SDLC and comply with the organization's architectural standards.

Production, Support & Maintenance

• Conducts unit tests ensuring systems meet the needs of customer and line-of-business based on technical documentation;
• Provide ongoing maintenance of web applications and/or client/server applications or tools, depending upon previous involvement with projects;
• Assists with the management of unresolved production support issues and with the development of application and custom integration solutions including major enhancements and interfaces;
• Provide application support and maintenance as needed;

You Bring

• A minimum of three years as a Kofax Developer, KTA preferred, certification a plus;
• Experience managing projects in a hosted/cloud environment, experience with document management systems and SQL/.Net framework;
• Solid understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC), software best practices and development methodologies;
• Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) and Governance, understanding of multiple programming languages, systems, and data design, business intelligence, data analysis, ETL and data warehouse solutions;
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
