To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, we will consider those who have at least one (1) of the following work experiences below:

• 1+ years Lab Tech experience in an optical facility or optical lab setting.
• 1+ years solid experience in Manufacturing in a high volume/mass production facility (if no lab experience).

To be effective in this role, we also require someone who has:

• High mechanical aptitude.
• The ability to meet measurable standards in a dynamic production environment.
• Depth perception and manual dexterity.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
