Lab Technician - Sensoral
- Assist the Flavor Chemist in the creation of novel and innovative flavors and flavor technologies to meet the performance, quality and cost objectives of project briefs from customers.
- Compound the flavors created by the Flavor Chemist.
- Prepare raw material and finished flavor samples.
- Conduct routine physical tests to develop/confirm flavor specifications.
- Maintain the appropriate records relating to these activities.
- General laboratory household duties.
- Follow and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in Sensory evaluation of products.

- Minimum of an Associate Degree in Chemistry, B.S. in any of the Sciences preferred (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biology, Food Science).
